Does anybody know of a good book about how to deal with picky eaters? My Clayton will eat anything and everything under the sun with no problem. He has always been this way. Spencer is a total carb-loader. He has a lot of trouble with meat, veggies, cheese and trying new foods. I refuse to cook a separate meal, so lately he has been going to bed with only a couple bites of food in his tummy if any at all.
Any advice?

That is so hard. I have talked to my dr about picky eaters and she said that usually over the course of the week they get what they need and not to stress too much. But I do hate it when they don't eat dinner and I am totally with you I am not about to cook 2 meals. He is also probably too young to bribe, but that works well for Camille :) Good luck.
Sorry Stacey, I don't know any books and I have no advice! Ben is our picky eater, he eats Apples and Bananas and milk! I don't know how he survives. He won't touch anything with potatoes...Kyle is mortified...hahaha!!
YES!!! I have a book for you called Child of Mine by Ellyn Satter. It's huge and covers from birth to adolscence so you just pick out the age you're wondering about and read those particular pages. It has helped me understand about feeding my kids.
okay, here is a good book...you can even probably check it out from your local library...and then decide if it's worth it. that's what i did.
Deceptively Delicious
hopefully it helps!
